Privacy Policy

1. Information you provide
SMR Workspace may store account details such as your email, username, profile photo, bio, notification preferences, status, blocked users and security settings. It may also store the content you create, upload or send.
2. Workspace activity
The app may store project membership, project actions, chat messages, replies, read status, typing indicators, reports, tickets, files, media, whiteboard items, call presence and activity logs needed to make the workspace work.
3. Notifications
If enabled, SMR Workspace may send notifications for messages, replies, invitations, reports, tickets, calls, project changes and other workspace events. You can manage notification preferences in Account settings.
4. Files and media
Profile pictures, images, GIFs, videos and other uploads may be saved as data URLs or stored as workspace data. Avoid uploading private, sensitive or oversized files unless you are comfortable sharing them with the people who can access that space.
5. Who can see your content
Project members can see content inside projects they can access. Chat members can see messages and attachments inside their chats. Public projects and public profile information may be visible to signed-in members.
6. Safety and moderation
Reports, tickets and moderation tools may share relevant content with the workspace owner or authorized contributors so they can investigate issues, respond to users and protect the service.
7. Account deletion
You can request account deletion from the Account page. Some records may need to remain for safety, moderation, audit, security, backup or legal reasons, or because they are part of shared project and chat history.
8. Security
Use strong passwords, keep your email secure, enable two-step verification when available, and do not share private links or invite codes with people you do not trust.
